## The story

Boing Boots strapped over your sneakers with bungee cords stretched between two plastic discs. Every step went boing, and every kid on the block lined up to try them. Walking was hard. Running was harder. Jumping off the porch steps was strictly forbidden and happened constantly, followed by a wobbly landing in the grass and a proud grin.
