## The story

Doctor Penny Splatter wore a lab coat covered in paint and announced every experiment by banging a pot lid. She launched water balloons with bungee cords, turned soda into geysers and built a hovercraft from a leaf blower. The closing credits always showed her hosing off the garage floor, still smiling.

## Fun fact

The leaf-blower hovercraft could only move backward, so Doctor Splatter always drove it facing the wrong way.
