## The story

Eight-Count Bounce came in a shiny DVD case with a bonus disc nobody watched. Trainer Keisha Monroe yelled 'and bounce!' every eight counts while dancers in velour tracksuits grooved behind her. Moms did it in living rooms, kids did it as a joke, and the cooldown song was secretly the best track on the disc.

## Fun fact

The loft floor had glowing tiles that flashed with the beat on every song except the last one.
