## The story

Every playground had a marble circle scratched into the dirt, and the Kingpin bag was the one you wanted. The swirls had names like Galaxy, Lemonade and Oil Slick. Losing your shooter to an older kid was a heartbreak you never forgot, so bags were guarded like treasure chests.

## Fun fact

Holding a cat's-eye marble up to a streetlight was said to show you the future, which was mostly orange blur.
