## The story

Raccoon stripes came in packs of clip-ins: black and blond, pink and black, neon and more neon. You teased your crown sky-high, clipped in a few stripes and sprayed until the bathroom fogged up. The look was half cartoon animal, half rock show, and it took up the whole seat behind you on the bus.
