The story of Superfruit Showdown
Superfruit Showdown arrived when every grown-up suddenly talked about antioxidants. The label showed acai, pomegranate and goji berries squaring off in a boxing ring. It was tart, purple and cost way more than regular juice. Moms put it in lunchboxes like medicine. Kids drank it while pretending it gave them superpowers before the spelling test.
Fun fact
Nobody at school could agree on how to pronounce acai, so most kids just called it the purple stuff.
