The story of Big Press Saturday

Every Saturday, Big Press Saturday picked a new victim: a bowling ball, a stack of crayons, a rubber duck, a jawbreaker. The host barely spoke. He just lowered the press while everyone held their breath. Sometimes things exploded into confetti. Sometimes they just went flat. Either way, millions watched it twice and requested a watermelon.

Fun fact

The rubber duck survived three separate crushings and became the channel's unofficial mascot and good luck charm.
