The story of Blue Goo Ant Colony
The Blue Goo Ant Colony looked like a sci-fi experiment sitting on your desk. Mail-order ants arrived in a tube, and within days they carved twisting tunnels through the glowing gel. Kids named every ant, though nobody could tell them apart. Leaving the lid off just once created a family legend.
The gel was food for the ants, and at least one curious kid tested whether it was food for humans too.
