The story of Keyring Arcade 99-in-1

Keyring Arcade 99-in-1 dangled from every backpack zipper. The box promised 99 games, but kids quickly figured out there were three, repeated at different speeds. Nobody cared. The dodge-the-asteroids game alone ate entire bus rides. The tiny buttons required fingernails, and the battery door fell off within a week.

Game 77 was secretly the best one, and only the kids who bothered to count ever found it.
