The story of Eight-Dollar Cereal Café
Somewhere downtown, a café started selling bowls of cereal with toppings like toasted marshmallows, fruit and cookie crumbles. A bowl cost eight dollars. The walls were lined with cereal boxes, and the line went out the door. People sat on stools and photographed their bowls from above. Then they went home and realized they had the same cereal in the pantry.
The most ordered bowl mixed three cereals and a scoop of soft serve, and almost nobody ordered it twice.
