The story of Sweet Potato Toast

Sweet Potato Toast took four full trips through the toaster before it was soft enough to eat, and the whole kitchen smelled like a holiday dinner. Grown-ups topped it with almond butter, banana and cinnamon. Kids asked why it wasn't just toast. It was surprisingly delicious, extremely orange and very hard to explain to Grandpa.
