The story of Salted Caramel Clouds
Nimbus was a pastel cloud with rosy cheeks and a knit beanie, drifting across a butter yellow box. The puffs were light enough to float, coated in caramel with a tiny sprinkle of sea salt. Grownups bought it for the kids and then ate half the box themselves. The salt made it taste fancy. The caramel made it disappear.
The puffs floated for nearly ten minutes in milk, and kids held contests to see whose cloud sank last.
