Retsy Series 1 · Card 0525 · 90-TOY
Born underground. Raised on noise.
Grunge-rocker mole action figures in flannel and combat boots who battled the slime-spewing Gnome Patrol.
The story · 1994
The Mosh Moles lived in a tunnel concert hall under the suburbs and played electric guitar to shake the earth. Each figure had a spring-loaded headbang move and a digging claw accessory. Their enemies, the Gnome Patrol, wanted every lawn perfect. Moms found the tiny guitars in the dryer for years.
Shaking a Mosh Mole too hard made his sunglasses fly off, which kids considered the best feature.
