The story of Saturday Sugar Rush
Saturday Sugar Rush came in a bottle shaped like an old TV with antennas for a cap. Kids drank it in pajamas on the floor, three feet from the screen, while every cartoon of the morning played. The flavor was listed as Cartoon Fruit, which was bright red and impossible to describe. Parents slept in, which was the real gift.
Twisting the antenna cap made a clicking sound like changing channels, and kids clicked it through every commercial.
