The story of The Great Kernel Debate

Every October, the tri-color candy kernels returned, and so did the argument. Half the internet called them a treasure, the other half called them sugary candle wax. People posted polls, made charts, and staged dramatic taste tests for their followers. Nobody ever changed their mind, but somehow every store sold out anyway.
