The story of Tri-Spin Lolly
Tri-Spin Lolly showed up the exact spring every kid had a ball bearing spinner in their pocket. The candy sat in the center of the toy, and you could twirl it on a fingertip for ages before taking a lick. Teachers banned the regular spinners within weeks. Somehow the lollipop version slipped through, which made it legendary classroom contraband.
Spinning it too fast flung candy drool in a perfect circle, so lunchrooms quickly declared themselves no-spin zones.
