The story of Back Seat Burrito
The Back Seat Burrito was a weekday miracle for parents running late. It came wrapped in foil so tightly that opening it in the car was a science project. Kids added hot sauce packets, dripped egg on their homework and arrived at school smelling like breakfast. The crispy potatoes inside were the real reason everyone ordered it.
Kids collected the leftover hot sauce packets in the glove box, where they lived for years.
