Retsy Series 1 · Card 1132 · 10-MEM
A few seconds. Beginning, middle, punchline.
Tiny looping comedy sketches on a short loop video app, rewatched dozens of times because they never stopped.
The story · 2014
A few seconds was all you got, and creators packed every one with a full joke. A sneeze that knocked over a whole room. A dog that seemed to say hello. A trip down the stairs with perfect comic timing. Kids quoted them all day, often acting out the entire sketch in the hallway in a few seconds flat.
The secret of a great loop was an ending that flowed straight into the beginning, so viewers forgot to stop watching.
