The story of Bacon Lattice Burger
Bacon was suddenly in everything, from cookies to milkshakes, and Bolt Burger went all the way. The Bacon Lattice Burger had strips woven together like a picnic basket, laid across a double cheeseburger. It was crispy, smoky and impossible to bite cleanly. One bite pulled the entire lattice off, so you just ate it like a cracker.
Fun fact
Bolt Burger later sold the lattice on its own as a side, and kids dunked it in ketchup like chips.
