The story of Caveman Turkey Leg
The Caveman Turkey Leg was bigger than your forearm and smelled like campfire from fifty yards away. You carried it by the bone through the park, gnawing like a cartoon caveman, while strangers pointed. It took most of the afternoon to finish. Everyone posed for a digital camera photo holding it up high, grinning with greasy cheeks.
Dads treated finishing one as a personal achievement worth mentioning for the rest of the vacation.
