The story of Fryling Keychain Pet

The Fryling Keychain Pet was a little burger-shaped Bolt Burger screen that hatched a blocky creature called a Fryling. You fed it virtual fries, cleaned up its virtual messes and played a two-button game to keep it happy. Teachers banned them within a week. Most Frylings spent school hours babysat by grandparents.

Popping the battery out and back in was the universal secret method for giving a grumpy Fryling a fresh start.
