The story of Gearhead Gang Bolts
The Gearhead Gang aired right after the morning news on channel four, and the cereal hit shelves that same fall. Sprocket, the rust-orange robot with a wrench for an arm, shouted from every box. The nuts were crunchy, the bolts were crunchier, and finding a bolt that fit a nut was worth bragging about.
Fun fact
A cardboard wrench cut from the box back could actually spin the cereal nuts, if you had very patient fingers.
