The story of Tongue Mist
Tongue Mist borrowed its look from the body spray aisle, all shiny silver bottles and electric swooshes. One spritz on the tongue hit like a lemon falling on your face. Kids sprayed it in the hallway between classes and misted it on other candy to make it sour, and at least one kid accidentally misted their own eyebrows.
Spraying it on plain vanilla ice cream became a lunch table science experiment with very mixed results.
