The story of Bogus Biscuit
Calling something a bogus biscuit was the highest level of disapproval allowed before getting sent to the office. Pop quiz? Bogus biscuit. Rain on field day? Bogus biscuit. Older kids added crumble sound effects with their hands, and the phrase somehow made it onto a local weatherman's sign-off for a week.
The opposite, a golden biscuit, meant something was amazing, but it never caught on and nobody knows why.
