The story of Flat Tire Curse
It showed up folded into a tiny square inside your desk, written in three colors of ink and signed by nobody. Ten copies by Friday or your bike tires would go flat, guaranteed. Kids spent whole recesses copying it out, and one boy who tore it up swore his tire hissed the very next morning.
Later versions added a bonus: send twenty copies and your crush would sit next to you on the bus.
