The story of Crystal Mole Sticks
Digby the mole wore a tiny hard hat and headlamp, and the box claimed he dug every stick out of a secret sugar mine. The crystals were jagged, glittery and sharp enough to scrape the roof of your mouth. Science teachers loved using them for crystal lessons, which meant the whole class got one.
Holding a stick up to a flashlight made it sparkle like a gem, and some kids never ate theirs at all.
