The story of Laser Lollies
Laser Lollies were the closest thing to space gear a kid could afford. Click the button on the chunky handle and the whole candy lit up red, throwing a glowing dot on the ceiling at sleepovers. The candy was gone in a day, but the handle lived in your desk drawer for years, swapped onto every lollipop you bought after.
Shining one through cherry candy turned an entire bedroom red, which every older sister declared extremely immature.
