Dex Vance's Gnarly Halfpipe made every trick look twice as big with fisheye lenses and slow-motion replays. Host Dex Vance said gnarly at least once a minute. Kids watched it, then ran outside to practice ollies on the driveway in full pads, and the blooper reel at the end made moms everywhere extremely nervous.
Fun fact
The crew kept a tally of Dex's gnarlys on a whiteboard, and the single-episode record was eighty-one.
