Retsy Series 1 · Card 0207 · 80-TOY
Ugly rocks in. Shiny rocks out. Eventually.
A motorized barrel that polished rough stones into gems over several weeks, rumbling day and night.
The story · 1980
The Rumble Rock Tumbler turned driveway gravel into tiny jewels, but only if you waited three whole weeks. It ran on a basement shelf, grinding so loudly the whole house hummed. Kids checked the barrel daily and found mud every time. The final shiny batch felt like real pirate treasure.
Most families hit the off switch at least once in the middle of the night just to get some sleep.
Six finishes
Rumble Rock Tumbler comes in six finishes: 100 Base, 50 Holo, 25 Laser and 10 Gold copies, plus one Super Laser and one Misprint that exist exactly once. Every copy is minted to the wallet that rips it, with its own serial number.
