The story of Surround Sound in a Box

Surround Sound in a Box promised a movie theater at home, and the first night delivered. Thunder rumbled from the subwoofer, footsteps crept behind the couch, and the dog left the room. Wires snaked under rugs and along baseboards, taped down everywhere. Someone always tripped on the rear speaker cable, and the left channel went silent for a week.

Fun fact

Dads spent hours placing the speakers perfectly, then everyone watched cartoons with the sound coming from one side.
