The story of Tiny Tape Camcorder
The Tiny Tape Camcorder made every family a film studio. Its flip-out screen meant you could finally film yourself, and teens made skateboarding videos, music videos and very serious detective movies. Getting footage onto the computer took a special cable and a whole weekend. The tapes are still in a shoebox somewhere, unlabeled and waiting.
Fun fact
Twisting the flip-out screen around to face the subject was every kid's favorite way to make a sibling shriek at themselves.
