The story of Channel 3 Snowstorm

Turning the dial to Channel 3 gave you nothing but roaring snow, which somehow made it the most interesting channel in the house. Kids sat cross-legged on the carpet insisting they saw a horse, a face or a spaceship. Older cousins claimed the static was a broadcast from outer space, and nobody could prove them wrong.

Fun fact

Smacking the side of the TV never once fixed the static, but every family tried it anyway.
