Snowplow Wendell aired once a year, and missing it meant waiting twelve whole months, so families planned dinner around it. Wendell was a tiny yellow plow scared of loud noises who learned his rumbly engine could keep the whole parade marching in time. The song about shoveling snow with your best pal stayed stuck in heads until spring.
Fun fact
The snow in the stop-motion scenes was instant potato flakes, and the crew snacked on the leftovers.
