The story of Lawn Flamingo Uprising
The box art showed a flamingo eye glowing through a picket fence, and it scared kids far more than the actual movie did. Inside, the flamingos mostly honked, knocked over garbage cans and stole garden hoses. Still, for one summer, every kid on the block turned the neighbor's lawn flamingo to face the wall, just in case.
Fun fact
The flamingos were pulled along on fishing line, and in one scene you can spot the line glinting.
