The story of Surf Pup in Paris
The first Surf Pup movie was about a basset hound who could ride waves, so naturally the third sequel sent him to Paris, where there are no waves. Biscuit the hound rode a bakery cart down cobblestone hills instead and won a croissant contest. Kids watched it on backseat screens so often that parents could quote it.
Fun fact
The basset hound playing Biscuit refused to stand on the cart, so most scenes used a stuffed stunt double.
