The story of Arctic Crayons
Arctic Crayons came in a long bag of eight colors, and every kid had a ranking. Blue was the champion, red was fine, and clear was a mystery nobody trusted. Opening the plastic took teeth or scissors, and the first bite always gave you a headache. Your hands stayed sticky until dinner.
Holding the end with a tube sock was the only known cure for frozen fingers.
