The story of Jukebox Malt
The retro diner downtown was all checkerboard floors and chrome, and the Jukebox Malt was the star. It came with two straws and a cherry, and every booth had a little song selector on the wall. Dates split one malt, big brothers drank two, and nobody ever finished one in under a song and a half.
The malt powder made it taste like a chocolate milk that had gone to college, according to the cook.
