The story of Foil Lid Splash Zone
Foil Lid Splash Zone cups came in a cardboard tray of eight, each sealed with a shiny foil top and a tiny pull flap. Patient kids peeled. Impatient kids stabbed the foil with a straw, a pencil or a thumb. Either way, a fountain of cherry drink hit somebody. Frozen ones became slushy treats eaten with a flat wooden spoon.
Kids saved the shiny foil lids, flattened them with a book and glued them onto homemade knight armor for the school play.
