The story of Black Base Two-Liter

Black Base Two-Liter was the centerpiece of every birthday party table, sweating next to the sheet cake. Pouring it took two hands and a grown-up's patience. The real treasure was the black base cup, which kids pried off and turned into a hat, a drum, a planter and a fishbowl for the carnival prize.

Fun fact

Science teachers collected the base cups by the dozen, and every class somehow ended up growing bean sprouts in them.
