The story of Bubble Waffle Cone
The bubble waffle was crispy outside, fluffy inside and covered in round little pockets you could pop off one by one. Rolled into a cone and stuffed with matcha soft serve, strawberries, mochi and a chocolate drizzle, it was more sculpture than snack. Everyone ate the bubbles first, then panicked as the soft serve started sliding.
Fun fact
Counting the bubbles became a waiting-in-line tradition, and the official count changed every single time.
