Kale had the biggest glow-up of the decade, going from salad bar garnish to snack aisle superstar. Kale Crisp Crinkles came in a brown paper bag with a tiny hand-drawn leaf, and each crispy leaf shattered into green dust the moment you touched it. They tasted vaguely like popcorn and very strongly like trying your best.

Fun fact
