The story of Midnight Charcoal Cone

Midnight Charcoal was the anti-rainbow, and that made it the most photographed treat of the summer. Jet black coconut soft serve swirled into a black cone, sometimes with a sprinkle of silver on top. It tasted sweet and creamy, and it turned your entire mouth gray for an hour. Smiling for photos afterward was a bold choice.

Fun fact

The stand handed out free napkins and a tiny mirror so people could check their teeth before any selfies.
