The story of Forty-Minute Fries

Delivery apps meant you never had to leave the couch again, and Forty-Minute Fries were the price. You watched a tiny car icon drive in circles around your neighborhood. The bag arrived steamed, the fries arrived floppy, and somehow they still tasted like victory. Smart kids learned to reheat them in a frying pan.
