The story of Sriracha Sushi Burrito

Sushi got burrito-sized and nobody looked back. The truck wrapped rice, spicy tuna, avocado, cucumber and crunchy tempura bits in a sheet of seaweed as long as your forearm, then zigzagged sriracha mayo over everything. You held it in foil, ate it on the curb and took eleven photos before the first bite.

Fun fact

Sriracha went on so many things that year that one truck offered it as an ice cream topping, and people ordered it.
