The story of Shaker Station Kernels

The butter pump finally had competition. Shaker Station had a dozen seasoning shakers chained to the counter: white cheddar, ranch, dill pickle, kettle corn, jalapeño, cinnamon sugar and more. Everybody mixed three or four, shook the bag like a maraca and invented flavor combinations that were sometimes amazing and usually not.

Fun fact

The most popular teen combo was cheddar plus cinnamon sugar, which adults described as deeply confusing.
