The story of Cloud Pillow Bao
Cloud Pillow Bao opened in the corner of the new food hall, and suddenly everybody had a favorite filling. The buns were so soft they squished when you picked them up, then sprang back like a mattress. Pickled cucumbers added crunch. Nobody could eat one without getting sauce on a sleeve, and nobody tried very hard.
Regulars argued that a bao tasted better eaten folded shut like a taco, which started a very long debate.
