The story of Poke Bowl Assembly Line

Poke shops opened on every corner, each with the same thrilling assembly line. Pick a base, pick a fish, then choose from forty toppings: mango, edamame, seaweed salad, crispy onions, pickled ginger and a spicy mayo swirl. The bowl ended up heavier than expected and more colorful than a sticker book. People photographed it from directly above, every single time.

Fun fact

Adding every free topping was technically allowed, and a few heroes did it every single lunch.
