The story of Food Truck Friday

Every Friday, a dozen trucks circled up in the parking lot behind the office park, and the whole town showed up with camping chairs. There were Korean tacos, grilled cheese with doughnuts for bread, a crepe truck and one that sold only fancy fries in paper cones. Kids played giant lawn games while a guitarist played by the trash cans.

Fun fact

The grilled cheese doughnut truck had the longest line every week, and its owner gave free samples to anyone wearing a costume.
