The story of Fruit Bowl Fun Run

Everyone showed up in matching race shirts and sunglasses, and nobody actually ran fast. At each station, volunteers misted runners with strawberry, mango and lime spray until everyone smelled like a fruit bowl. The finish line had a confetti cannon that buried the whole crowd. Car seats across the county smelled like smoothies for weeks.

Fun fact

The banana mist was the hardest to wash out, and locals called it the Banana Curse.
