The story of Feelometer Mood Ring
The Feelometer came with a tiny chart: blue for calm, green for curious, purple for in love, black for having a terrible day. Everybody stared at their stone during tests. It turned dark whenever you went outside in winter, which led to many dramatic declarations. Comparing ring colors at lunch was serious science.
Holding the stone on a cold soda can was the fastest way to convince your friend you were heartbroken.
